Reblogged if you agree

It’s our lives we’re fighting for, not abstract ideals.

Commies, too. Punch commies right in the mouth, and cut off their thieving hands.

shut up ew

ah i see they draw the line at commies

fuck it commies are just as bad as nazi’s

better dead than red

false and anyone with common sense wouldn’t even put nazis on the same level as communists

You’re right, I’d probably put commies on a shittier level than nazi’s

at least nazi’s have gold

so you prioritise money over the lives of ppl
Lol ok makes sense why you’re ridiculous enough to equate communists to friggin nazis

Russian Communists killed more people than Nazis only during the Stalin’s rule. Then we get into Mao and Pol Pot and every other crazy commie leader and it looks even more bleak.
But, u kno, dat’s no real gommunism, and all that

communist leaders don’t define all communists nor communism as a whole lol whereas nazis want people dead and aim to do that and actually do do that, and this is all nazis not just fascist leaders that happened to be nazi

Marxism specifically calls for forced redistribution of property. It cannot operate without government force.

Communism = violence. Every time.

nope but once again, you’re also white so of course you’ll compare the two

I literally live in Russia.

A post-communist country.

My family has directly suffered from communism.

Please sit your Americacentric ass down and listen to people who actually experienced this shit.

dumb ass lol

And my family comes from Cuba a “PoC” country obliterated by communism. Not here about the other part of the post. Just here to agree that Commies have done damage

@saddesthime

Please just tell me you are a troll or something because I am slowly losing all hope in humankind. What do they teach you in schools? What do you actually learn about WWII in high school? I was reading about communism crimes when I was nine years old for fucks sake! How much of an idiot can you be? How ignorant can you be?!

It seems that human stupidity knows no bounds so sit the fuck down. I will give you some history lesson since you must have fallen asleep during it as a kid.

Here are some communism crimes for you to learn about ( just remember that those data are not and never will be complete since ZSRR was a lot smarter than Third Reich and they never really bothered with keeping documentary about their crimes, on the contrary – they were fond of burning it):

-  Ukrainian Femine – 15 mln people dead ( more or less) But I guess that starvision and cannibalism are not things that you consider dreadful or anything ~

-  ASRR Femine – 2 mln people dead (a lot more for certain, but we are talking about Tatars here so no one gave a shit about them in Soviet Union J).

Take a look, lovely pics, wouldn’t you say?

image
image

-  Great Terror – 1 mln dead, at least 3 mln send to gulags (which was worse than death).

-  KatyƄ - 21 768 people dead, including 10 000 polish officers.

-   Syberian deportation – 1 mln 350 000 people send to Syberia. Soviets were throwing 60 people into one car during -40C freezing cold , the journey took few weeks without any toilet or food. Not many survived to see their camps of prolonged death.

-   Kazahstan deportation – 36 000 people – some of them were just thrown into grasslands to die ( no food, no clothes ) since they weren’t able to work.

Soviets didn’t like to bother themselves with building camps. They just mostly thrown people out of trains to die so they didn’t have to bury them, prove their identity, inform families.

But when they did build ones, oh boi, ooohhhh boiii. I’m not even going to talk about Gulags. Here, take this and read. Please read it. I beg you.

image

In case you are stubborn – 60 fucking mln people!

- The NKVD prisoner massacres – 100 000 dead.

-  Cheka Red Terror – 250 000 dead – read about Cheka, they were such sweet buddies :3

-   Polish Operation of the NKVD - 111 091 dead, 28 744 send to Gulags which (if you read the book you will know) was much worse.

-  Bulgarian collectivization – 100 000 people dead.

- East Germany “repression” – 100 000 people dead.

-  Augustów roundup – 7 000 people (mostly AK soldiers) tortured, send to prisons never to return.

-  Justizmord – 1944 -1956 in Poland - 2 mln prisoners

-  Rumunian collectivization – 300 000 people dead

-  Hungary – just read about ÁllamvĂ©delmi HatĂłsĂĄg, have fun ;*

-  Mao for the end – 65 mln people dead, read about Cultural Revolution, read about anything, please!!!

And please stop spreading this almost 70 years old propaganda that Soviets joined allies to fight Nazis. They joined allies to bring their regime to east Europe and West let them! Have you heard about the Molotov–Ribbentrop Pact? Yeah, they were actually sweet buddies before Hitler decided to cut it off. And when eastern immigrants were trying to tell the world what was happening West laughed at them.

Read about Warsaw Uprising – soviets help was literally invaluable.

Now here you have some quotes from The Black Book of Communism (please read this too):

Courtois considers Communism and Nazism to be distinct but comparable totalitarian systems. He says that Communist regimes have killed “approximately 100 million people in contrast to the approximately 25 million victims of the Nazis”. Courtois claims that Nazi Germany’s methods of mass extermination were adopted from Soviet methods. As an example, he cites the Nazi SS official Rudolf Höss who organized the infamous extermination camp, Auschwitz concentration camp. According to Höss:

The Reich Security Head Office issued to the commandants a full collection of reports concerning the Russian concentration camps. These described in great detail the conditions in, and organization of, the Russian camps, as supplied by former prisoners who had managed to escape. Great emphasis was placed on the fact that the Russians, by their massive employment of forced labor, had destroyed whole peoples.

Courtois argues that the Soviet crimes against peoples living in the Caucasus and of large social groups in the Soviet Union could be called “genocide”, and that they were not very much different from similar policies by Nazis. Both Communist and Nazi systems deemed “a part of humanity unworthy of existence. The difference is that the Communist model is based on the class system, the Nazi model on race and territory.” Courtois stated that:

The “genocide of a “class” may well be tantamount to the genocide of a “race"—the deliberate starvation of a child of a Ukrainian kulak as a result of the famine caused by Stalin’s regime “is equal to” the starvation of a Jewish child in the Warsaw ghetto as a result of the famine caused by the Nazi regime.

He added:

After 1945 the Jewish genocide became a byword for modern barbarism, the epitome of twentieth-century mass terror
more recently, a single-minded focus on the Jewish genocide in an attempt to characterize the Holocaust as a unique atrocity has also prevented the assessment of other episodes of comparable magnitude in the Communist world. After all, it seems scarcely plausible that the victors who had helped bring about the destruction of a genocidal apparatus might themselves have put the very same methods into practice. When faced with this paradox, people generally preferred to bury their heads in sand
Communist regimes have victimized approximately 100 million people in contrast to the approximately 25 million of the Nazis.

I couldn’t find Obama out gif, but yeah, I’m out.

Thank you for your post ,it really sums up the horror of communism but there are a few things that  I wanted to add. First of all these numbers are just estimated ones because we dont know true data cause the communists disposed of lots of documents so the family members couldnt ask for compensation. Lots of people gone missing or disappeared or never existed in the system because they killed them and destroyed the evidence.

Second women were treated like animals, rape, forced nudity, assult and torture was very common in the gulag but also for those women whose family tried to oppose the system or who were just unlucky. And the ideal communist women picture that people still use as to symbolize the empowerment of women (you guys know which one) actually represent a very unreal and impossible ideal. Women supposed to be the perfect work force, the perfect wife and it was obligatory for them to give birth. There was a saying: Giving birth as a youth was glory but as an adult woman it was obligatory. And I dont even speak about the children and their suffering

Third lots of people who didnt die were tortured, abused and lots of them starved because the commies took away everything they had. (look up Holodomor where in just ukraine millions people died, but the commies starved others in every country).

People also lost the freedom of speech and thought because if they voiced their opinions they could risk to lose their jobs (whole living) or could endanger the lives of their children and their chances to study. And while education and healthcare was free it was pretty bad because the majority were communist followers on these fields, those who disagreed with them had to stay quite 8or in the majority of cases didnt even get in). Lots of time unprofessional teachers who couldnt count even 100 taught in university while doctors who had no idea what they were doing butchered up people.

Nations were forced to forget their history, their language, their cultures, their beliefs instead they had to embrace the soviet customs, lifestyle and fake propaganda.

Whenever countries tried to rebell they were beaten to the ground and no westerners or americans believed or helped us. Lots of russians still deny these facts and westerners and americans still turn a blind eye because it is probably easier that way. And the most horrible thing that communist countries still exist and people are still suffering but nobody cares.

If you are against nazis, you should also be against communists.

Bytheway I also talked about this before communists lots os times falsly accused people of nazism or fascism (unlike the west where they tried to find real nazis) to get their possessions and kill them. Later on they just switched to the state enemy narrative so they could send more people to gulag (ie: children).

“Thank you for your post ,it really sums up the horror of communism” - no, it does not. I didn’t even mention Korea or Cuba or Mongolia and I’m sorry for it. Maybe after my finals I will find another post about this “protect communism” shit so i will be able to include them :).
And I didn’t eleborate those issues I enumerated. But since we live in XXI century I believe that anyone can (and should) simply google it. And there is a lot to read and learn. You western guys have no idea :).

It was still a really good post and you are right lots of thing was left out but I think you still managed to shine some lights on the situation. :) I dont think we will ever be able to completly sum everything they did, especially because communism is still going on in some countries. And yes this whole praise communism is really got out of control. Also this whole nazi thing in the USA, for crying out loud they declared that Millo who is a gay, jew (that is seriously the most unazi thing I have ever heard) and his followers as nazis and that really remind me of what the commies did after the war
This was I was so afraid before. :(

Good luck for your exams! I also have finals. :D

“ lot to read and learn”- that is for sure even I could learn more and more about it, there is just too much stuff but the deeper you go with your research the worse it gets (there is just too much cruelty and horror and corruption).

Yup, it definitely got out of control. Lately I feel like:

//I’ve stolen this pic from @redbloodedamerica .

Hope he doesn’t mind.

For the record most Americans only learn about communism in HS and our school system sucks. We’re taught about the basic concept of communism which is that the government determines where u live and how much you make based on your needs and ability. This doesn’t sound bad at all, especially if you’re a poor black kid experiencing the worst parts of our lovely and not so free enterprise system and watching your parents struggle.

Then we learn a little about the cold war or, should I say, “Whose Spy Is It Anyway?” Because everything was made up and the points didn’t matter. As if it was just world leaders in a dick measuring contest.

We’re not taught too much about the world outside of the US and constantly bring hit over the head that WWII was bad, which it was but out of all my years of HS I learned about WWII damn near every year and some of it was conflicting info, sometimes they glossed over shit for the sake of time
 it’s just bad.

But that’s beside the point, because when you meet someone who is ignorant if things you’ve experienced you shouldn’t berate them. We’re all ignorant of something
 no one knows everything.

I took this from Twitter because it’s no joke. A lot of witches tend to keep these lamps so I felt it would be worth bringing up. Please be careful and safe! Nobody wants to lose a fur baby.

Even if you aren’t a witch, still please keep this in mind!!!!!

being aware of the impact of things we can often not think about (like straws) is important if we’re to make strides on environmental preservation

that does not eclipse the importance of being aware of how it impacts disabled people. they’re both conversations we need to have

This is FASCINATING and describes something I couldn’t put my finger on!!

A major difference things like this don’t take into account is animation.

When the original pokemon were designed, they were just static six-bit colorless sprites. They had no clue what was to come in the next 20 years.

Over the next twenty years, pokemon has become insanely popular. Disney level popular. Each game has increased the animation until each one now has a fully animated CG model, rendered in far more detail than the first gen Gameboy sprites could ever dream of. It’s had thousands of cartoon episodes and around two dozen movies.

The newer designs are-

  1. Much easier to animate, and more importantly,
  2. Significantly easier for children to draw.

And that’s ultimately what this franchise boils down to: it has to be accessible to children.

I think that’s a really interesting point because as a child I always thought it’s really really hard to draw Pokemon! So I honestly never did.

I’m both pro herbal medicine and pro vaccination because you can treat burns with aloe vera juice and sore throats with lavender infused honey but you can’t rid a country of polio with plants.

THIS.

Don’t forget kids, jewelweed is a natural counteragent to poison ivy rashes but it won’t do shit against whooping cough

Mint for nausea, valerian and chamomile for sleep, antibiotics for fucking infections.

Peppermint and lavender work wonders for headaches (as well as staying hydrated) but they won’t cure the flu

This is a good post.
